I began this business in 2021 with the clear vision that I wanted to use an empathetic approach and over sixteen years of experience to connect and serve my clients. I practice the “empathy marketing” strategy because the best way to connect with your consumers is to be curious and compassionate. The definition of empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Your customers want to feel they are understood and that the products and services they utilize are in alignment with them. With that being said empathy is a vital component of how you strategize your messaging.

Heather (she/her) is the Principal of Transcend Ideas. Passionate and creative defines Heather as she pours her heart, energy, and drive into the work she provides her clients. She hails from Richmond, Virginia, and relocated to Jackson, Wyoming in April 2011. Heather delights in time with her family and friends. Recently in Nov 2021, she relocated to Shoshone-Bannock Territory now known as Victor, Idaho and is eager to amplify Teton Valley businesses as well.

You can find her Nordic or down hill skiing in the Winter, foraging for Morel mushrooms come Spring, and hiking the mountains in the Summer.
